
Introducing a 6-week workshop for students to dig deep and understand how to be inspired by other artists, the world around them, and imagination to develop their own artworks. During this period, students will develop brainstorming and ideation skills and learn new techniques in drawing, mixed media, and acrylic painting.
Embark on a creative journey to explore the diverse and captivating standards of beauty across the globe. This program invites teenagers to delve into the rich cultural heritage of different regions, using art as a medium to celebrate beauty, empowerment, and individuality. Participants will create four stunning mixed media art projects, each inspired by unique cultural patterns, traditions, and regional outfits from around the world.
Engaging with fellow art enthusiasts, AMA students will share laughter and inspiration, encouraging each other to push boundaries and unlock hidden artistic potential. With every brushstroke or clay molding, students will feel a sense of accomplishment and joy as they witness their artistic visions come to life. Get ready to embark on a captivating adventure filled with color, texture, and self-expression that will infuse your portfolio with extraordinary charm. Pre-teens and Teens (11 - 18 years) can use this workshop to develop their skills for personal use or prepare for high school or university while building a collection of artworks. The artists will be making four unique projects that will be spread out over six weeks.​

Project 3: The Art of Regional Outfits
Analyze the beauty and significance of traditional clothing, from Japanese kimonos to Peruvian textiles.
Design a dynamic artwork that integrates cultural fabrics, embroidery-inspired painting techniques, and collaged elements.

Week 4: 11th April
Project 4: Portraits and Empowerment
Discuss global standards of beauty and the representation of women in art. Study portrait styles from Frida Kahlo to contemporary artists.

Week 5: 18th May
Project 5: Women’s Voices Across Cultures
Explore how women use art to tell their stories and express empowerment. Engage in a group discussion on breaking stereotypes through creativity.
Week 6: 25th May
Project 6: Celebrating Our Journey
Complete all the 4 pieces of art work.
Participants will share their inspirations, challenges, and takeaways from the program.
Curate and display all completed projects in a mini art exhibition for friends and family.
